工作职责：

1. 按照公司相关政策负责整个中国工厂日常需求小于5万的采购需求

2. 主要涉及IT相关的采购过程（询价、比价、谈判等）

3. 负责部门日常基础运营工作，创建供应商代码in SAP、支持部门指标的监控和完成相关的系统维护、清理等；

4. 支持内部客户和供应商相关商务活动：货期确认、跟踪付款等

职位要求：

1. 采购相关知识和经验

2. IT相关的软硬件、服务以及数字化和AI教育背景或工作经验背景

3. 良好的沟通技巧和逻辑思路

4. 良好的英语听说读写能力

优先:

IT相关专业教育背景和工作经验

或1~2年IT采购经验

Job Description:

1. Proceeding Purchase Requisition into Purchase Orders for lower volumes according to business rules and existing frameworks on behalf of all plants covered by China NPM Hub

2. Major focusing on IT and Telecommunication ( Software, hardware , operations, and IT services ) purchasing activities and negotiation in operation center

3. Operational purchasing related works like maintain vendor code , KPI implementation etc.

4. Be an Interface between end users and suppliers , support both sides in the daily operations : like delivery status, payment checking etc.

Qualifications

1. Purchasing expertise including commercial knowledge and negotiation skill-basic

2. IT tools and methods (e.g. excel. PPT and PBI especially digitalization ( RPA ) and SAP related improvement)-advanced

3. Clear Communication and logical thinking-basic

4. English speaking. reading and writing-advanced

5. Additional Information

University degree (IT related preferred) or relevant professional experience

1~3 years of working or involved in a procurement function
