74 Prototype project management, coordination in technical, purchasing, quality control and on time delivery

Main Tasks 主要职责
- Regular check Prototype order by internal customer (techn. Definition of PT order by requestor (e.g. PM)) enter PT request in PT tool (e.g. CT ProtoNet) / Check and align completeness of documentation and release status
在订单系统中确认新样品的订单(包括研发,项目经理) , 沟通并确认样件订单的项目信息，技术文件状态。

- Prototype order processing, cost & timing estimation, quotation
负责新样品订单的整个过程，包括成本，交期和报价。

- Collaborate the order with department team and Project Managers proactively communicate changes in timing and/ or quantities incl. potential risks
和各部门协作，管理样件计划和生产过程，主动沟通订单在时间，质量，风险控制的项目状态。

- Weekly Prototype status report and clarify urgency of PT orders and demands as input for priority setting, in time escalation
每周新样件项目的进度更新汇报，明确订单的紧急度和需求量的优先级，如果必要及时升级。

- Collect forecast figure by project / Project Manager and Prototype production capacity track
收集并更新新项目的预测, 追踪新样品生产的产能。

Education 教育程度
- Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering is preferred
本科以上学历，机械，自动化或电气工程专业优先

Professional Experience & skills 工作经验及技能
- Minimum 2 years experience on project management / new product planning management
2年以上的项目管理 / 新产品计划管理
- Good command of written and oral English
良好的英语技能。
- Very goal-oriented attitude, an ability to work independently
