Play a key role in design, implementation and production support of all responsible systems
- Responsible for consumer-end system project management & quality control
- Collaborate on 2C system to provide effective and innovative solutions to enable business capabilities and solve the business problems
O2O Project Implementation
74 Responsible for overall consumer-end system design & implementation
74 Understand market requirement and implement consumer system solutions to support O2O business growth
74 Propose constructive & innovative system solutions to keep pace with market changes
74 Establish system exchange interface with new platforms (EC, map navigation, local lifestyle, bank & insurance mall, etc.)
Retailer System Optimization
74 Optimize retailer system user experience (O2O & related)
74 Consolidate all retailer master data in a clean & well-organized database
74 Build retailer dashboard for key performance data visualization & futher business analysis
74 Integrate with retailer APP to provide one-stop retailer management tool
Collaboration
74 Communicating & collaborate with both internal customers and external vendors/customers to ensure efficient project management
74 Work with vendor development team to complete the interface, function and integration test
74 Responsible for generate and execute training deck & schedule
Reporting
74 Develop, improve and systemize crisp & accurate reporting
74 Improve existing & create new dashboards based on the requirements of China business requirements and find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing the growing data requirements
职位要求：
74 College degree or equivalent preferably in statistics, econometrics, math, computer science
74 Good in English & communication
74 At least 3 yrs' hands on work experience in data research, report automation & analysis, system development.
74 Sound business knowledge gaining by utilizing advanced mathematical, statistical and experimental approach.
74 PMO experience, PMP certification is preferred
74 Team working experience
74 Experience in managing virtual team and project management
74 Working as a customer facing role in multi-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus
74 Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity.
