-->Target Costing Process:
1. Evaluate total material cost of initial product concepts
2. Align and set up the material targets with action list
3. Update BOM with common rules and templates (during acquisition and development phase)
4. Deliver on time evaluation of BOMs, coming from most realistic, existing & new market benchmarks
5. Document the target agreement with quotation team
-->New Sourcing activities for new projects:
1. Ensure Initial Sourcing Committee (ISC) Meeting is done;
2. Ensure sourcing plan and risk assessment is set up, communicated to Project Manager (PM) on regular basis, and countermeasures maintained professionally;
3. Design-to-cost activities during product development phase;
4. Drive and check the implementation of ANC/CVA concept for negotiations, early involve suppliers and follow/introduce Multiple Source and BCC strategy;
5. Effectively cooperate with CAT/Plant purchasing, following nominated sourcing and supplier strategies.
-->Sourcing Monitoring for new projects:
1. Ensure the fair and enough competition. Carry out and follow up inquires with best in-class suppliers;
2. Organize and oversee supplier component reviews (SCRs);
3. Prepare final sourcing documentation for sourcing committee. Handover to CAT purchasing for final negotiations and Plant Purchasing for serial production;
4. PAB preparation and review in case need;
5. Technical changes before SOP.
-->Interface partners:
1. Support business activities to harmonize project strategies with Purchasing strategies and implement in the daily operations;
2. Providing pro-active input for development, and implement purchasing strategies to leverage supplier level for a competitive proposals, which support the product improvement;
3. Benchmark driven by purchasing, preparation and implementation of alternative source to the business;
4. Continuous component localization and implementation.
-->Design Validation for pre-development:
1. Set up local potential suppliers for the soft tooling development during the design validation.
2. Ensure the best cost soft tooling purchasing
3. Consider Early Supplier Involvement in the early design phase
-->Reporting:
1. Prepare the related report to project team and BU PUR;
2. Yearly strategy presentation, prepare and review;

Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree, better in Technical and Commercial Fields.
2. Experienced in purchasing/ procurement functions
3. Good for speaking and writing in English in Purchasing area
4. Microsoft skill, SAP, Modias, RSM, etc purchasing tool.
